The Geekery Market Spotlight: PopCycled Baubles

Welcome to The Geekery Market (formerly the Muggles Market). We are excited for our next event – just in time for all your geeky holiday shopping needs! As usual, we’ll be introducing you all to our artisans/authors/artists, sponsors, and activities for the Market every week as we get closer to the big day.

Please allow me to introduce to you one of our artisans, PopCycled Baubles. PopCycled Baubles creates handmade items from comics and other pop-culture materials. Show off your fandom in style.

Answers to our 5 Geeky Questions

Tell us about the geeky goodness you’ll be bringing to the next Geekery Market! Handmade fandom inspired housewares and accessories. Coasters, Drinkware, and so much more!

How did you get started doing what you do?We started PopCycled Baubles in 2011 recycling comic books to create jewelry since at that time, there were less items marketed towards female fans. This problem resolved over the years and our product offerings have evolved into a lovely booth for everyone featuring art and designs we make exclusively for our booth!

What’s an item you are bringing that you are really excited about? love our color changing drinkware items. People love it when they change colors.

What else would you like everyone to know about your wares? We make each and every piece by hand with love and hope that you find something you adore and want to take home.

What’s your favorite holiday story? The Shiniest Angel Pop-Up Book
