The Geekery Market Spotlight: Lilac Moon by Charlotte

Welcome to The Geekery Market (formerly the Muggles Market). We are excited for our next event – just in time for all your geeky holiday shopping needs! As usual, we’ll be introducing you all to our artisans/authors/artists, sponsors, and activities for the Market every week as we get closer to the big day.

Please allow me to introduce to you one of our artisans, Lilac Moon by Charlotte. Lilac Moon by Charlotte creates unique handcrafted Resin Crafts specializing in Dragons, Skulls and other items

Answers to our 5 Geeky Questions

Tell us about the geeky goodness you’ll be bringing to the next Geekery Market! Dragons, dragons and more dragons. We will also be bringing several styles of skulls, snakes and daggers. In addition, to help with your Christmas shopping we will have home decor items such as trinket trays, coaster sets, and tea light holders. Everything will be handmade with 2 part epoxy resin which is very durable and will last a long time in your home.

How did you get started doing what you do?Looking for a hobby to start as I start thinking about transitioning to retirement, I discovered resin art and fell in love with the creative process.

What’s an item you are bringing that you are really excited about? I am excited by everything I make. I love the diversity of the dragons that I bring. Everything from a simple dragon head to a fancy wall hanging with a dragon and a rose.

What else would you like everyone to know about your wares? Everything is handmade with love. I ask the spirits for creativity and love when I start each session making my products and I think the spirits help me deliver a fun, creative product.

What’s your favorite holiday story? I absolutely love “The Santa Clause” with Tim Allen.
