What Else You Should Know About Them:
What kind of geeky goodness will you be bringing with you to the next Geekery Market?
We're a writing collective, so we'll have books from Misty Massey, Alexandra Christian and Crymsyn Hart. In addition, we'll have charming handmade Christmas ornaments just right for geeky holiday decorating!
What's an item you are bringing that you are really excited about?
Misty loves to collect oyster shells from the SC Lowcountry and paint them with mermaid scenes. Alexandra Christian constructs stunning one-of-a-kind wreaths to appeal to the geekiest shoppers, and Crymsyn Hart crafts adorably gothic stuffed fabric Christmas tree ornaments.
What was the first item you ever made? How did you learn to make it?
Since our main focus is our books, those are the biggies. As for learning to write, it's a combination of paying attention in school, reading extensively, and keeping our rear ends in our chairs while we make words happen on the page.
What else would you like everyone to know about your wares?
Misty will have her rollicking pirate adventures, Alexandra Christian will offer her paranormal romances and romantasy novels, and Crymsyn Hart will bring her shivery horror and dark fantasy tales. Remember, there's nothing easier to wrap than a book!
If you could travel anywhere in space or time, real or imagined, where would you want to go?
Crymsyn Hart wants to visit ancient Egypt. Misty Massey thinks a month or two in Rivendell would be perfect.
Come see them live at The Geekery Market on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 10am to 4PM at the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center - 4751 NC Highway 49 (Event Center B). The event is FREE to the public, but we are requesting a donation of canned goods or cash which goes to our charity, Second Harvest Metrolina.
