- Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025
- Hours: 10 AM – 4 PM Rain or Shine (indoor event)
- Venue: Cabarrus Arena & Events Center – 4751 NC Highway 49 North, Concord, NC (Events Center B)
- Venue Size: 30K square feet of indoor event space, includes onsite concession stand
- Typical Demographics: 1-2K attendees, 0-60+ in age, sci fi/fantasy/comic and gaming crowd, families and singles
- Setup/Breakdown: Setup is 7 AM – 9:30 AM, Breakdown is 4 PM – 6 PM. Please plan accordingly.

What’s New For the November 2025 Show?
- More booth options: we have slightly reduced our booth count based on last year’s traffic flow and access issues, but have also offered some new options for booths, including 360° Mega Booths!
- Better traffic flow: we will have 2 check-in points to split the crowd and increase traffic flow on both sides of the event. We’ve also removed spaces to avoid bottlenecks in traffic due to the amazing turnout.
- Music moving inside: We are bringing back ambient music for our shoppers! And we are working on better sound throughout the venue
- New and improved activities for kids and adults alike, including puppet-making classes and more

- 8’x16′ double space – $250 (8 of 8 available )
- 10’x16′ endcap space – $275 (8 of 8 available)
- 10’x16′ mega booth (360° display) – $300 (7 of 7 available)
- 10’x16′ sponsor booth* – $275 (4 of 4 available)
- Specialty booths* (Game/Corner) – $300 (2 of 2 available)
*not required to meet 80% handmade requirement, but is limited to 1 per category type

- one 8′ table and 2 chairs per standard space, two 8′ tables and 2 chairs for all other spaces (extra tables available for an additional $25 fee upon request) Tablecloths are NOT included – please bring your own!
