Tote Bag Sponsorship – $75 per square (Limit 30 squares)
Put your logo on our event shopping bag! This is our inaugural year offering shopping bags as a direct result of feedback from our attendees. Our event consistently brings 1.5K – 2.5K attendees annually and we are printing 750 bags which will retail for a $5 donation per bag. This reusable shopping bag is a larger size with pockets where we can also pre-stuff your business card.
- Material: 80gsm non-woven polypropylene

- Imprint area: 10″H x 12″W each side
PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of 30 spots, and placement and special requests will be offered on a first pay, first play basis. As you can see, each square is $75, and you can buy one (approx. size is 2″x2″) or group several of them together based on your logo shape! All artwork must be a minimum of 600 dpi at purchased size and prepped for 1-color application. Deadline for Sponsorship is Oct 1st, 2026.
Sponsorship Booth / Mega Booth / Outdoor Display $250 – $300
Have direct access to our attendees with your own booth. We have 3 options you can choose from:
- Sponsor Booth 10’x16′ backwall space – $275
- Mega Booth 10′ x 16′ space with 360° views to audiences – $300
- Outdoor Display 20′ x 20′ concrete space (elec avail) – $250
- Space is limited and subject to approval.
Jedi Santa Photo Print – $750
Have our attendees take photos with Jedi Santa and walk away with a keepsake featuring your logo. Photos will be taken onsite by our volunteer photographer, then print out a 4×6″ photo onsite which will be inserted into your full-color customized logo frame. You can also display your promotional information on our photo table pick-up and have your staff help out with the photo area if they would like (in costume or out) to talk to attendees about your product & services.

Looking for something different? Here are some ideas we are open to discussing – or we’d love to hear your ideas as well!
- Caricatures – $500 – our caricature artists will draw caricatures of attendees on your customized drawing paper throughout the event.
- Gift Wrapping Station – $350 – attendees can have their holiday gifts wrapped for free all thanks to you.
- Game Zone Challenges – TBD – Offer game play options with prizes and more
- Seek & Find Treasure Hunts – $350 – Be the named sponsor for 2 of our most popular kids’ activities – as they search for where our mascots (GiGi and MiMi) may have hid their gold and clues. Every child gets a prize, which could include logo-ed toys provided by you.
- Craft Station Activities – TBD – provide coloring pages with your logo, or other crafts for attendees of all ages to work on and take home as a keepsake. Cost dependent on what you provide vs. what we would need to source in.
