Welcome to the Muggles Market Spotlight for 2019! Today, we are delighted to announce new artisan Artelies for our fifth Muggles Market at this year’s Geek Gala! Annelies Cahill took a few minutes to answer some questions about her business and general geekery.
- What kinds of items will you be selling at this year’s Muggles Market? I will be selling art prints, original painting, pins, bottle openers, pouches, notebooks, hand held mirrors, and posters.
- Which sci fi universe would you love to visit and why? Stargate.
- What is your primary fandom? Sherlock Holmes, Walking Dead, and Stranger Things.
- What movie are you looking forward to? That’s a hard one. I want to see Godzilla and Spiderman – Far from Home.
- This year’s Geek Gala theme is Geeky Tiki Slumber Party-o-Rama. With whom would you love to have a slumber party (fictional, real, living or dead)? I guess if I could go back in time when I was like 12 or 13, then play D&D with the Stranger Things kids, bike around, and use walkie talkies. I did not grow up in the 80s, but I wish I had.
